Attending and presenting a proposal

- General Regulations

General Regulations (Valid for proposals of oral, poster, e-poster or software presentations)

Proposal summaries and presentations may be in any of the official languages of the Congress (Spanish, Catalan, English, French or Portuguese).

Summaries should be submitted through this website using the online form, which will be available from 17 December 2007 to 28 January 2008.

The first author listed should be the person responsible for the paper or software, and therefore the contact person for e-mail communication with the organisers of the Congress.

The first author of an accepted proposal must be registered and had payed the fees for the Congress for it to be presented.

The Scientific Committee will decide which proposals to accept and whether a given proposal will be presented orally or by means of a poster. This decision will be based on the content of each proposal and the general organisation of the sessions. The Administration Office will confirm acceptance of a proposal by e-mailing the first author between 2 and 11 April 2008.

NOTE: For publishing all the material of the congress will be considered all data of lectures and authors that have been initially presented with paper proposals. We do not accept further changes in the database.
